Qualification phase: Procurement of case and archive system

Entry into a framework agreement for a case and archive system for the companies in the health administration. The following are authorised to make call offs on this framework agreement:

- The Norwegian Directorate of Health

- The Norwegian Institute of Public Health

- The Norwegian Medicines Agency

- The Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority

- The Norwegian Board of Health Supervision

- The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth

- The Government's Investigating Committee for the Health and Care Services

- The Norwegian Biotechnology Advisory Board

- The Patient and User Ombudsmen

- The Norwegian Health Economics Administration

- The Norwegian Health Network SF (NHN)

The purpose of this joint procurement is to provide the health administration and NHN with a standard solution for case and archive system delivered as a cloud service (SaaS) on public and private clouds including operation and maintenance from the winning tenderer. A framework agreement (SSA-R) will be entered into with the selected tenderer, and customers in the health administration can make call offs on the framework agreement by entering into an SSA-L agreement. The contracting authority will decide whether the SaaS solution is to be delivered on a public or private cloud at the time the call-off is made.
