Consultation for the purpose of collecting household and similar waste services in the territory of the European Metropolis of Lille outside Lille intramuros. The benefits are:

— door-to-door glass collection,

— collection of waste from markets and sales sales.

The provision and maintenance of the vehicles necessary for the performance of the contract shall be borne by the holders. The consultation will result in mixed price markets for each lot consisting of flat price, as well as unit prices that are executed in part on actual quantities executed, and partly through the issuance of purchase orders, as provided for in the market SCAP.
