1. The subject of the order is to renew the license and support for further implementation of the project entitled “Integrated IT System — Security and Private Cloud”.

2. The order consists of ten parts.

3. The terms of performance of the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).

4. Pursuant to the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, the contracting authority shall specify that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ persons performing activities in the field of performance of the contract, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).

The subject of Part I of the contract is the renewal of support and license for Arcserve UDP v6.5 Premium Plus Edition, providing access to the latest software updates and versions, providing access to knowledge bases. Implementation of the Arcserve backup system at the Ordering Party's headquarters, preparation of backup plans and providing engineer support for a period of 12 months.

The subject of part 10 of the order is the renewal of the service for the equipment of the office (Kyocera, Godex, Symbol).

Part 2 of the order concerns the manufacturer's support for ARUBA network equipment with software.

The subject of part 3 of the contract is the manufacturer's support for BROCADE network equipment with software.

The subject of part 4 of the contract is the renewal of support, renewal of the software license for the VMWare vCenter 6 Standard management server and vSphere 6 Standard virtualization nodes (for 16 physical processors) owned by the Customer with the possibility of upgrading to vCenter 7 Standard and vSphere 7 Standard versions, providing access to the latest updates and software versions, providing access to knowledge bases.

The subject of part 5 of the contract is the renewal of support and license for the Lumeta Spectre 3.0+ network scanner for 5000 IP addresses, providing access to the latest updates and software versions, providing access to knowledge bases.

Part 6 of the order is intended to support the manufacturer for HP servers.

The subject of part 7 of the order is the manufacturer's support (min. in the collaborative support version) for CHECKPOINT network equipment with software, renewal of all licenses that have been purchased/assigned to devices (in the case of SandBlast being in the central node, the license version will be upgraded to a higher one), implementation of the license on all devices and launch of modules that allow licenses on all devices by the Contractor.

The subject of part 8 of the contract is the renewal of support, software licenses for the Entrust IDG identity management server along with access licenses for 1000 hardware tokens held by the Ordering Party, providing access to the latest software updates and versions, providing access to knowledge bases.

The subject of part 9 of the order is the renewal of the service to the NetApp FAS8200 array.
