The objective of this contract is to ensure the improvement of the performance of the following facilities:

- underground networks: approx. 290 km;

- overhead networks (Prc): approximately 82 km, including 34 km on the frontage and 16 km on the bare copper network;

- public lighting: 12,135 light points - 218 cabinets;

- Traffic light signalling: 13 traffic light junctions - 14 cabinets - 98 supports.

To this end, the Account Holder undertakes to:

- the security of installations and night-time movements,

- Quickly replace obsolete networks and installations, so as to ensure that the assets are in good condition at the end of the Contract,

- optimize the feeding pattern,

- reduce energy consumption: The holder will specify the powers and consumption to which it commits for each contractual year,

- Comply with the performance and quality of service objectives defined in the Functional Needs Program

Information elements on the heritage of works to be exploited:

Street lighting: 12,135 light points - 218 cabinets;

Three-colour light signalling: 98 brackets - 14 cabinets.

The market is scheduled to start on 02/09/2024.

It will focus on:

- b: Administrative management of energy: Item G1

- c: Management - upkeep - maintenance with guaranteed results: Item G2

- d: Interventions and works following events such as accidents, vandalism, bad weather, etc. (Item G3 Np) and related to the evolution of assets (Item G3 P) during the term of the contract.
