The purpose of the contract is the provision of the company canteen service and internal bar management with reduced environmental impact. In particular, the company will have to provide for the supply, conservation of foodstuffs, preparation, cooking and daily administration of meals, through self-service station service, as well as the management of the internal corporate bar and related activities of cleaning, sanitizing and disposal of waste, equipment maintenance, all as expected and detailed in the acts of race.
