The purpose of the services covered by the flat-rate is to ensure the daily delivery of internal mail between the various sites of the CPAM of Haut-Rhin, guaranteeing the safety of the elements transported and respecting all the provisions adopted at the Ccatp.Concerning services outside the package, the holder will be required to take into account, if necessary, punctual requests according to the needs of the CPAM of Haut-Rhin.The services will begin on 1 December 2022
