Mission, scheduling, piloting and coordination for the Pirmil les Isles development operation.

Scheduling, steering and coordination missions at the scale of the Pirmil les Isles urban project (OPCU) and at the scale of operational units (OPCI). The framework agreement has three components:

- Component A constitutes a firm order and relates to a scheduling, planning and urban coordination mission on the scale of Operation Pirmil les Isles;

- Part B concerns a scheduling, planning, coordination and piloting mission at the level of operational units, OPCI;

- Part C relates to the performance of additional missions, the main purpose of which is to take into account environmental aspects in the organization, planning and management of the Pirmil les Isles operation.
