Koblenzer Bäder GmbH is planning the construction of a new indoor pool and sauna with gastronomy, located in the district of Rauental, Moselbogen. The bath and sauna will receive a usable area of approx. 11,000 m² (BFG). The enclosed space is approx. 59,000 m³.

The elongated, cuboid structure is oriented lengthways from south to north in 3 functional areas of different heights. The first, approx. 5 m high structure with changing room, staff area, foyer and cash desk area is located west of the main structure. In the main building there is the bathing hall with five pools, arranged from north to south: children's pool next to teaching pool, sports pool, exercise pool and diving pool.

Different requirements for the clear room height of the bathing landscape result in building heights of 6.45 m - 10.20 m for the main structure.

Another building east of the bathing hall is also about 4.10m high. It serves the

Accommodation of equipment rooms, chlorine gas and 1st help room.

The sauna and catering are housed in the western part. The sauna area is a single-storey structure up to approx. 5.00 m high and the catering area is a two-storey structure up to approx.

The subject of this invitation to tender is the screed work for this purpose.

The services include in particular:

Milling or shot blasting of concrete floor surfaces, tensile adhesion testing of the raw concrete slab, sloping cement composite screed, lightweight concrete or light screed, 45° beveling/recess, floating cement screed, sloping cement filling, glass fibre screed reinforcement.
