Some sites are connected to a heating network. For these sites, the market is of the PFI-GER type (P2 / P3 / Profit-sharing).

The contract also provides for the management of domestic hot water (DHW) on certain sites.

Finally, the contract provides for the integration of the operation / maintenance services of the heating and ventilation installations of the municipal swimming pool (AQU'ABB), as of October 16, 2023. Water treatment of the basins is not included in the contract
