1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of L-1 light fuel oil in the maximum planned amount of 218 m3.
2. The Contractor shall deliver heating oil to real estate constituting the property of the Chełmża Commune, taking into account the following quantities and places of delivery:
1) 140 m3 for buildings where schools and a kindergarten are located in the following towns:
a)Kończewice 12 A,
b) Fine 110A,
c)Zelgno 12,
(d)Scanty 26A,
(e)Głuchowo 3A;
2) 78 m3 for municipal buildings in the following towns:
a) Brąchnówko 18 (palace - former school),
b) Nawra 5 (former school),
c) Fine 110 (former school),
(d)Zelgno 13 (Pastorówka),
e)Zelgno (OSP draw),
f) building Pluskowęsy 17B,
g) Pluskowęsy 71A building (former school).

3. The supplied light fuel oil must meet the quality requirements PN-C-96024:2020-12, including in particular the following parameters:
1) calorific value minimum 42,6 MJ/kg;
(2) a flash point exceeding 55°C;
3) pouring point maximum -20.0°C;
4) density at 15 °C maximum 860.0 kg/m3;
5. the sulphur content must not exceed 0,1 %;
6) red.
