1. The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of the electronic archive management system with the delivery, installation and configuration of hardware infrastructure.

2. Scope of delivery detailing the items forming the order, the requirements of the Contracting Authority for technical parameters shall specify a detailed description of the subject matter of the order — Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the subject matter of the order.

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and implementation of the electronic archive management system together with the supply, installation and configuration of hardware infrastructure, which includes, inter alia:

system delivery;

delivery, installation and configuration of 2 servers with disk array;

license, installation and configuration of virtualizers on provided servers and the HA cluster virtual environment;

commissioning of electronic management system;

migration of record-keeping data;

conducting trainings for administrators and users;

the provision of guarantees and technical support.

2. Scope of delivery detailing the items forming the order, the requirements of the Contracting Authority for technical parameters shall specify a detailed description of the subject matter of the order — Annex 2 to SWZ — Description of the subject matter of the order.

3. Detailed requirements for the collection of Annex 2 and Annex 2A and the employment of persons under the employment contract are provided in Section V of the SWZ.
