The procurement must cover the contracting authority's need for technical consultancy services in construction (RIB), fire (RIBr), electro (RIE) and HVAC and sanitation (RIV). The contract will be used for technical consultancy services in connection with the planning of a new sports hall at Moseidmoen. The contracting authority may have a need for assistance in connection with the following types of projects during the contract period:

— reconstruction and/or new construction of nursery schools, schools and sports facilities,

— development of various institutions/sheltered accommodation flats and day centre,

— reconstruction of various municipal buildings,

— assistance in connection with technical assessment and maintenance of buildings and construction,

— ENØK-tiltak [energy economising measures].

In addition there can be new buildings to a major or minor degree during the contract period. The projects will vary in extent and complexity.

This contract area includes the implementation of technical structural consulting services in connection with planning and implementation of investment and maintenance projects.

Relevant projects will include:

— reconstruction and/or new construction of nursery schools, schools and sports facilities,

— development of various institutions/sheltered accommodation flats and day centre,

— reconstruction of various municipal buildings,

— assistance in connection with technical assessment and maintenance of buildings and construction,

— ENØK-tiltak [energy economising measures].

This contract area includes the implementation of fire engineering consultancy services with planning and implementation of investment and maintenance projects.

Relevant projects will include:

— reconstruction and/or new construction of nursery schools, schools and sports facilities,

— development of various institutions/sheltered accommodation flats and day centre,

— reconstruction of various municipal buildings,

— assistance in connection with technical assessment and maintenance of buildings and construction,

— ENØK-tiltak [energy economising measures].

This contract area includes the implementation of electro-technical consultancy services with planning and implementation of investment and maintenance projects.

Relevant projects will include:

— reconstruction and/or new construction of nursery schools, schools and sports facilities,

— development of various institutions/sheltered accommodation flats and day centre,

— reconstruction of various municipal buildings,

— assistance in connection with technical assessment and maintenance of buildings and construction,

— ENØK-tiltak [energy economising measures].

This contract area includes the implementation of HVAC and sanitation services with planning and implementation of investment and maintenance projects.

Relevant projects will include:

— reconstruction and/or new construction of nursery schools, schools and sports facilities,

— reconstruction of various municipal buildings,

— assistance in connection with technical assessment and maintenance of buildings and construction,
