The tender is divided into two (2) lots for operational leasing of official cars powered by an internal combustion engine and associated fuel as propellant, respectively, and operational leasing of zero-emission electric station cars. The purpose of the cars in the lots is quite different, which is described in more detail in point 1.5.1 of the specifications.

DanPilot is the state pilotage company in Denmark and handles pilotage in Danish waters. For this reason, DanPilot has activities and stations at several locations in Denmark and of course carries out pilotages throughout Denmark from Skagen to Gedser and everything in between.

The sub-agreement deals with the operational leasing of official cars (23 units) powered by an internal combustion engine and associated fuel. The purpose of the vehicles in the lots is quite different, which is described in more detail in point 1.5.1 of the specifications. The official cars must be delivered in three pools in the period March 2024 - November 2024, see clause 2.1.4 of the Contract.

The agreement includes the monthly lease payment, service and tire agreement, which runs over a period of 48 months per car effective from the time of delivery. The contracting entity must not incur any derived costs in connection with the leasing agreement. The lease payment must be stated with a fixed payment throughout the lease period and must not be subject to change except as mentioned in clauses 2.4 and 4.4 of the Contract.

Station wagons must be delivered as soon as possible and partial delivery accepted. The Contracting Authority allows the Supplier's offer to cover either brand new cars or used cars that have not been produced later than the year 2022 and have driven a maximum of 5,000 km.
