Gateway Housing Association have undertaken a competition under Category 10 — asbestos – removal of procurement for housing's compliance services and associated works dynamic purchasing system, OJEU Contract Notice — 2018/S 171-388633, in order to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos removal at properties owned/managed by Gateway Housing Association. It is intended that the contract established will run for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway Housing Association. The estimated contract value for asbestos removal is 40 000 GBP (exc VAT) per annum. Gateway Housing Association will utilise JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with amendments.
