The framework agreement comprises the purchase of licences, maintenance and license management for Oslo municipality's entities.

— Consulting in connection with composing of license portfolio;

— Administration and ordering of licensed software products and invoicing of license agreements;

— Follow-up of license use, reporting and timely notification of expiry of agreement;

— Tender offer on licenses for new products from Microsoft;

— Support services such as training etc. in connection with use of the products;

— Competence transfer to Oslo municipality regarding optimal exploitation of the license agreements;

— Consulting services;

— Option on course.

Oslo municipality currently has a Select-agreement and an MPSA-agreement for the purchase of licenses with Microsoft. It may also be necessary to establish other agreements with MS during the agreement period.
