This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been produced to enable Isos Housing Group (Isos or ‘the Group') to appoint suitable partners to provide internal & external audit services to the Group. Cestria Community Housing Association (Cestria) is in the process of joining the Isos Housing Group, with the partnership due to commence on 1.10.2014. It is therefore expected that by the time any contracts are awarded Cestria will be a partner within the Isos Housing Group.

Bidders should note that this ITT comprises two lots, one for internal, and one for external audit services. Whilst bidders are welcome to express an interest in both lots, the Group will not appoint a single bidder to both lots. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the intention of the Group to appoint a single provider to complete internal audit services, and a single provider to complete external audit services.

Once appointed, the successful bidders will be expected to act as impartial expert partners offering high quality audit services to the Group.
