Background
The customer currently has wheel loaders, trucks and other vehicles used at the Gärstad waste facility as well as recycling centers in Linköping for loading, moving materials and printing materials, etc.

The customer currently has wheel loaders, trucks and other vehicles used at the Gärstad waste facility as well as recycling centers in Linköping for loading, moving materials and printing materials, etc.

Most of the vehicles above are used at the Client's waste facility in Gärstad. Some also occur at the Client's recycling centres in Linköping. The trucks are operated in mixed environment, construction and urban traffic. Other vehicles are operated in a tough and demanding construction environment.
The customer's vehicle uses both new tyres and retreaded tyres of different quality.
purpose
The purpose of the procurement is to sign a framework agreement to provide the Customer with tyres and tyre service on vehicles based at the Gärstad waste facility and recycling centres in Linköping.
Extent
The procurement covers the Client's need for tyres and tyre service for wheel loaders, trucks, telehandlers, trailers and material handlers that are transported at the Gärstad waste plant and recycling centres in Linköping. The following goods and services may be required:
Purchase of new and retreaded tyres
Replacement of tires and rims
balanseringar
Follow-up/Control/Advice of tyres
checking/filling of puncture fluid
vulcanization of wheel loader tires
Service and repair of tires
replacement of tyres at the Customer's facility.
The estimated purchase volume for tyres and tyre service per year is approximately SEK 2.5 million.
Please note that the scope of the assignment is only estimated and applies without obligation.
The procurement covers ongoing needs of the Orderer within the contract area. For individual projects, the Orderer reserves the right to perform separate procurement.
During the term of the contract, changes may occur based on group decisions, changes in activity and more that may affect the need and volume.
No division of contract
The requester places great importance on obtaining a continuous comprehensive solution with a (1) Provider taking responsibility for the entire commitment. Therefore, the requester chooses not to split the contract.
