Troms county and participating municipalities shall enter into a framework agreement for cleaning agents and supplies. The contract includes, amongst other things, the following product categories:

— Detergents

— Mops

— Cloths

— Equipment and supplies

— Dispensers

— etc.

The aim is to enter into a framework agreement that ensures good and economically advantageous deliveries of cleaning agents and suppliers to the contracting authority's units.

The total annual contract value is estimated to approx. 4 900 000 NOK. The Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement with one tenderer for the entire contract.

The contract is for 2 year with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 2 years, one year at a time. Any extension of the agreement shall at the latest be notified within 3 months prior to contract conclusion. The contracting authority, c/o Troms County only, has the right to trigger the above mentioned option. Businesses and municipalities who are entering into this agreement is obliged to keep the agreement during the entire agreement period, including the optional years.

Note! The framework agreement does not apply to the delivery of soap/disinfection agents for treatment rooms/stations at each dental clinic/dental building in Troms county.
