4. Place of execution of the order: the issue of the fuel, which is the subject of this order, will be made to the unpressurized tank type CYB 25M Ordering, Przemysłowa 2 Street, 26-300 Opoczno, łódzkie Voivodeship.

Detailed specification of the object of the contract: delivery of diesel fuel to diesel engines, meeting the requirements of: Laws of 25 August 2006 on the monitoring and control system of fuel quality (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 133), Regulation of the Minister of Economy on requirements qualitative for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (OJ 2015 item 1680) and relevant applicable Polish or European standards - EN 590 standard. The estimated quantity of diesel fuel processed on a scale of 1 month is: 18 m3, delivered every 2 weeks in approximately 9 m3 each. The projected total quantity of the item of the order for the duration of the contract is: 216 m3.
