the purpose of this contract is to award two mandates as auditors of the erafp for six financial years (financial years 2023 to 2028).

This contract comprises two identical lots, lot 1 and lot 2.

the Contract includes several annual legal missions relating to the accounts for the financial years 2023 to 2028.

Annual Legal Missions including:

- The certification of the accounts enabling the Board of Directors to ensure that the annual accounts and the management report are regular and sincere and that they give a true and fair view of the results of operations for the past financial year as well as the financial situation and assets of the erafp at the end of this financial year;

O Where appropriate, this certification will cover the consolidated accounts of the erafp. Indeed, the CNOCP is likely to provide that the erafp must draw up consolidated accounts. The decision of the CNOCP is likely to be rendered at the end of 2022, i.e. during the negotiation phase of this contract.

- certification of the assessment of the coverage rate as provided for in Article 28 of Decree No 2004-569 in particular.

The Contract also includes several one-off Services.

One-off Services including:

- Services related to recurring certification work (studies, specific analyses, etc.) and, where applicable, any analysis, study, presentation relating to the accounts that would be consolidated;

- A mission to assist the Board of Directors in its role of proper application of the management rules of the Plan and in its role relating to the evaluation of the commitments to the beneficiaries of the Plan and the fixing of the acquisition value and the service value of the point.
