This contract is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders, having for object travel agency services, transport and accommodation reservations.

A group of orders is formed between ARTE France, ARTE GEIE and TV5 MONDE, in accordance with Article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. ARTE France acts as coordinator of the said group of orders under this procedure.

It is specified that the framework agreement will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum of 1,400,000 euros HT (One million four hundred thousand euros excluding taxes) per year, or 5,600,000 euros HT (Five million six hundred thousand euros excluding taxes) maximum over the maximum duration of the contract (4 years), all members of the order group combined.

It is specified that this amount does not constitute an indication of the budget but rather the maximum ceiling that the framework agreement may not exceed over the maximum duration of the contract, i.e. 4 (four) years.
