The Framework Agreement is for the provision of void services. the provision is split into 2 lots:

Lot 1: Void Services — Multiple Elements;

Lot 2: Void Services — Rewire.

Only Believe Housing will appoint up to 5 providers to each lot which will be ranked 1-5 according to the evaluation scores. The highest score will be awarded 1st rank position and so on.
