1. The subject of the contract is the supply of diagnostic laboratory equipment in SPZZOZ in Gryfice - lease of analyzers and laboratory IT system and supply of reagents and materials necessary to perform determinations.

1.1 Service conditions of the equipment:

During the lease of the apparatus, the Lessor bears the costs of total technical maintenance of the device (service inspections, repairs, spare parts).

1.2 Delivery date:

The contractor shall deliver and install the offered analyzers and train the personnel in its operation within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract.

Delivery of reagents will take place successively on the basis of orders placed by fax or e-mail within no more than 14 days.

1.3 Warranty service:

The contractor provides free warranty service for the duration of the lease.

1.4 The Contractor's obligations include:

Delivery of the subject of the order to the direct recipient.

Installation of the subject of the order directly at the user's premises and commissioning it.

The contractor must plan the setting of all equipment in the contracting authority's premises without the need for construction modifications. If necessary, the Contractor shall carry out the necessary modifications at its own expense after agreeing on the scope and schedule

with the Ordering Party.

Conducting training of the service in the field of operation of the subject of the contract installed

at the direct user and training of technical personnel.
