1. The subject of the contract is the supply of liquid fuels to motor vehicles, in the non-cash sales system using non-cash fuel cards for 30 units of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, at stations belonging to the Network of Stations of the Contractor or the operator of the service station, with which the Contractor has signed an appropriate contract, in particular:

Unleaded petrol PB95 – 308 890 litres,

Unleaded refined petrol – 12 000 litres,

Diesel fuel – 2 058 426 liters,

Refined diesel fuel – 10 650 liters,

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) – 66 650 liters.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation were specified by the Joint Ordering Party in the essential provisions of the contract (IPU) and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting annex no. 6 and annex no. 7 to the SWZ, respectively.
