The subject of the contract is the maintenance of the Integrated IT System for Supporting University Management based on the mySAP ERP system and the SAP HANA database, in the area of finance, public procurement and warehouse management, investment, design, HR and payroll as well as business trips.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the Terms of Contract (hereinafter referred to as SWZ).
The subject of the contract is the maintenance service of the Integrated IT System for Supporting University Management based on the mySAP ERP system and the SAP HANA database (hereinafter referred to as the SYSTEM) in the areas of:
1) Basis – SAP technical platform with SAP HANA database.
2) Asset Management based on SAP IM, SAP RE, SAP PM, SAP DMS modules
3) Financial Controlling of Projects based on the SAP PS and IM modules
4) Scientific Research Service based on the SAP PS module with a dedicated Java application called the Expert Base, exchanging data with many SAP ERP modules and with a web portal integrated with the SAP system and a dedicated ABAP application supporting the Register of Exclusive Rights.
5) FI-AA – Fixed Assets module.
6) FI – Financial module together with the client JPK module.
7) FI-CO – Controlling module.
8) FI-SD – Sales module.
9) SAP PI – data bus integration system
10) SAP MM – Warehouse module
11) ZP – Public Procurement module based on client solutions and SAP Fioria
12) Public Procurement Portal based on the PortalPZP system (smartPZP)
13) PA – HR module with multiple employment support
14) PY – Payroll module with support for the distribution of remuneration costs for academic teachers and researchers and the calculation of tax deductible costs for academic teachers
15) FI-TV – business travel module.
16) Pensum – Client module for planning subjects and calendars of classes of all academic teachers along with registration of classes and settlement of the teaching load. The module is made in Web Dynppro technology and available in the UMCS portal as part of employee self-service.
17) Polon – Client module, specialized interface for handling communication between SAP and POLON systems.
18) Specialized interface for data exchange between SAP and USOS systems.
19) PCP/ECM - Human Resources Planning / Remuneration Management module.
20) ESS/MSS – Employee and managerial self-service regarding personal data, working time, benefits and wages and travel, as well as operation of the Pensum system. The module is made in Web Dynpro technology and is available on the UMCS portal.
21) Training.
22) Employee evaluations made in Web Dynpro technology and available on the UMCS portal.
23) PY-ZFŚS, PKZP.
24) OHS – Automatic identification of the type of training for the workplace, automatic verification of the validity dates of training for workplaces and notification of the need for supplementary training.
25) OM – management of the organizational structure.
26) TM – working time management also available on the UMCS portal.
