The subject of this contract is the provision of an internet access service for 2,923 addresses / locations. The subject of the contract covering the provision of Internet access services for 2,923 addresses / locations, including the service, will take place within 40 days from the date of signing the contract (but not earlier than from 11/6/2019) and will last until 31/12/2020.

Installation and configuration of devices and Internet access services at the place of residence of the Final Beneficiaries of the project together with on-site verification of data transmission speed (min. 3 speed measurements in the presence of the Final Beneficiary (BO) on the pages indicated by the Employer). Each initial installation and configuration of the service will be confirmed by an appropriate pre-acceptance protocol signed by a representative of the Contractor and BO.

Provision of Internet access services for 2,923 addresses / locations will be entirely financed by communes / poviats participating in the agreement on joint conduct of proceedings and awarding public procurement under the sustainability of projects "Counteracting digital exclusion in the Lubelskie Voivodeship" (...).

Whenever trademarks, patents, origin, standards, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems have been indicated in the description of the subject of the order, the Awarding Entity allows equivalent solutions. Equivalence consists in the possibility of offering the subject of the contract with not worse technical parameters, configurations, normative requirements, etc.
