The objective of the service is to provide operational support on the engineering activities carried out for the Cigeo project necessary during the preparation phase of the realization of phase 1 of the project, and the examination phase of the application for authorization of creation (DAC). The service covers, through 3 lots, the various technical fields necessary for the design of the Cigeo installation, such as general installation, civil engineering, mechanical processes, fluid and ventilation networks, low and strong industrial currents, control command, as well as the activities necessary for the technical integration of the various disciplines mentioned above. The preparation of the construction, commissioning and operation of the plant are also concerned. The various missions will be contractualized subsequently to the framework agreement and will mobilize the skills of specialized stakeholders in the fields listed above.
General Installation Domain, Civil Engineering and MechanicsThe field of general installation refers to the activities relating to the layout in the installation of all physical components: equipment, networks (fluids, ventilation, electrical CFO and CFI), access, civil engineering, in compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. The Civil Engineering field refers to activities related to the design and construction of surface buildings and underground structures. The Mechanics field concerns the design, manufacture, assembly and commissioning of the various mechanical equipment of the installation, as well as the process activities in the case of handling.
