In addition, it must incorporate the management of the process of situation of funds, the authorization and processing of contracts abroad, the management and budgetary monitoring of the Representations and the central services of the MAEC, and the justification of income and expenses, complying with the applicable regulations on the management and electronic processing of files. It will be necessary to implement mechanisms to guarantee the confidentiality of information in the processing of certain contracts.
