The Concrete and Steel Expertise Department (EBS) of the Mobility and Public Works Department (MOW), hereinafter referred to as the client, wishes to digitize some of its construction files. Afterwards, the paper files are transferred to the own archives department. EBS is looking for a partner to carry out this assignment. These are construction files of concrete and steel architectural works of art that are still frequently consulted by the employees of the client.

The construction file classification is approximately 603 linear meters in size.

The client provides an overview of the construction files and the associated metadata.

The documents to be scanned per construction file concern plans on the one hand and calculation notes and specifications / measurement statements on the other. In total, it is estimated to be:

- plans: 50 000 of format A0 or larger. 90% of this can be regarded as a normal format. About 10% is longer than four meters,

- calculation notes, specifications / measurement statements: 550,000 images A3 / A4.
