1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2024 to the Warsaw Purchasing Group, consisting of organizational units of the Capital City of Warsaw and other entities that have concluded an Agreement with the City and the purchase of electricity generated in generating units indicated by the Ordering Party and introduced into the DSO power grid. The contract will be performed on the basis of a framework agreement and executive agreements, signed separately by each of the Contracting Authorities, listed in Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement, which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. The contracting authorities shall award executive contracts to the Contract to the contractor pursuant to Article 311(1) of the PPL.
