The contracting authority consists of: the municipality of Uden, the municipality of Meierijstad, the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch, the municipality of Oss, the municipality of Landerd, the municipality of Boekel, the Province of Noord-Brabant, the Dommel Water Board, the Aa and Maas Water Board, the Brabant-Noord Fire Risk Division, Tax Cooperation East-Brabant.

In 2018, the contracting authorities jointly spent more than EUR 2 500 000 on temporary staffing. The WAB expects that pay roll will decrease and broadcast will increase to an estimated EUR 7,000,000. No rights can be derived from this estimate.

The participants in this tender spent more than EUR 16,000,000 on payrolling in 2018. The introduction of the WAB Act means that after 1.1.2020 considerably fewer payrolling agreements will be concluded and more or longer temporary employment contracts will be entered into. The municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch will no longer use payrolling in the future. It is estimated that a value of approximately EUR 7,000,000. No rights can be derived from this estimate.
