This is an ordinary public market. The public market is treated at a global and fixed price fixed in the act of engagement. The public market is concluded for a period of validity ranging from its date of notification to the holder until the unreserved admission of the services. The overall estimated time for completion of this public contract is 42 months. This procedure follows a first consultation launched on 24.7.2020 and declared unanswered for the following reasons:

- legal reason: on September 14, 2020, the PLACE platform experienced an incident between 9:15 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., disrupting the functionalities of submitting electronic application and tender files for economic operators;

- reason based on the buyer's need.

The object of this contract is the project management assistance mission for the environmental monitoring of the Interventional Surgical Center (CCI) and Logistics Platform (PLA) sites as part of the Rennes University Hospital Modernization and Reconstruction project. All the services to be performed are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP).
