The subject of the contract is a service consisting in monitoring the state of animal protection in Natura 2000 areas, divided into the following parts:

a) part I: monitoring of the conservation status of the great bat in the Natura 2000 Kiszewo PLH300037, Sieraków PLH300013 and Rynna Jezior Obrzańskie PLH080002

– within the borders of the Wielkopolskie Voivodship;

b) part II: monitoring of the conservation status of the marsh grouse in the Natura 2000 Barłożnia Wolsztyńska PLH300028 site;

(c) Part III: monitoring of the conservation status of the fragile cove in the Natura 2000 Ostoja near Promno site PLH300030.

The subject of the contract includes:

(1)for part I: the assessment of the conservation status of the great bat to be carried out in Natura 2000 sites:

a) Kiszewo PLH300037 at the position specified in protective measure No. 4

in the ordinance of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Poznań of 25 March 2015 on the establishment of a plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 Kiszewo site PLH300037 (Dz. Woj. Size. of 2015, item 2024), i.e. in the attic of the church and in the attic of the School and Preschool Complex

in Kiszewo.

b)Sieraków PLH300013 at the position specified in protective measure No. 4

in the ordinance of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Poznań of 30 July 2014 on the establishment of a plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 Sieraków site PLH300013 (Dz. Woj. Size. of 2014, item 4375), i.e. in the attic of a residential building located at 26 Wroniecka Street

in Sieraków;

c) Rynna Jezior Obrzańskie PLH080002 – within the borders of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, on a position located in the attic of a residential building located at Prądówka 6 (Miedzichowo commune, Nowy Tomyśl district), in accordance with

with protective measure No. C1 specified in the ordinance of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the ordinance of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Poznań of 29 April 2014 on the establishment of a plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 Rynna Jezior Obrzańskie PLH080002 (Dz. Woj. Size. of 2014, item 2885, as amended).

The subject of the contract includes:

for part II: assessment of the conservation status of the mud warbler in accordance with conservation measure No 3 contained in the order of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection

in Poznań of 4 January 2023 amending the ordinance on the establishment of a plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 Barłożnia Wolsztyńska site PLH300028 (Dz. Woj. Size. of 2023, item 138).

The subject of the contract includes:

for Part III: assessment of the conservation status of the fragile cove Anisus vorticulus

in the Natura 2000 Ostoja area near Promno PLH300030 on the historical sites of the species, i.e. Lake Kazanie and the water reservoir with the coordinates of the central point X: 384126.559014385915361, Y: 511761.280158309207764.
