Project planning of the building in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 HOAI, work phases 1-9 for the construction of a new 1-field hall with canteen at the Manderbach primary school.
The district committee of the Lahn-Dill district, represented by the Building Department - Schools, is the sponsor of schools according to the Hessian School Act and is planning in this function the construction of a new gymnasium and sports hall in combination with additional uses at the Manderbach elementary school.
The primary school in the Dillenburg district of Manderbach is surrounded by residential buildings on the other side. In addition to the school building, there are parking spaces, a school sports field and a small field on the district's own property (parcel 371/1).
A plot of land directly adjacent to the east side (parcels 539/1 and 539/2) is currently owned by the city of Dillenburg and is to be made available for the benefit of the new hall in question.
The new building to be planned is primarily to have a hall field with minimum dimensions of 15m x 23m and a clear room height of about 5.5m for physical education, in which school enrollment ceremonies and smaller theatre performances of the school are also to take place. A corresponding ancillary room program must also be taken into account, such as 2 group rooms for the "Pact for the All-Day" for a total of about 60-80 children and areas for cloakroom, lockers and satchel shelves.
Another component of the new building is to be a canteen with about 50 seats and a serving kitchen, including the necessary ancillary room program.
If possible, the structure is to be designed as a single storey, but must be barrier-free in accordance with the provisions of DIN 18040-1.
For further details on the required space program, please refer to the task proposed solution according to Part B, Section I of this document.
The elevation survey of the site has already been scheduled and will be made available to the selected bidders with the invitation to tender.
The 3 plots of land on which the existing school complex and the new building to be planned are located have a total area of approx. 11,700 m².
- Corridor 5, parcel 371/1 (8,810 m²)
- Corridor 5, parcel 539/1 (approx. 670 m²)
- Corridor 5, parcel 539/2 (approx. 2,220 m²)
The land available for the present planning task is limited to the undeveloped areas of these 3 parcels.
The parking and parking spaces available on the properties are to be maintained or listed elsewhere, so that the spaces required by the Dillenburg parking space statutes are available in sufficient numbers for school use as well as for use by teachers and club sports.
The access to the school grounds, in particular by school bus traffic, is currently via the street "Fauleborn" and property 539/1 and is to be retained if possible.
