The purpose of this competition is the contracting by the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals, SA (hereinafter CCMA, SA) through the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, with a maximum of five suppliers per lot, whenever possible, of several training programs for its managers and managers on skills aimed at improving and developing the managerial and team management role.

Transformation and change managementIt refers to those training activities related to digital transformation processes, key aspects; Know what change management is and the elements that compose it, what are the main elements of the process. Team management and leadershipIt refers to those training activities related to learning tools that allow team leaders to improve attitudes and behaviors that give them security to promote motivation, loyalty, self-demand, proactivity, responsibility, commitment, autonomy, cooperation and performance of their teams.
Those people who do not necessarily have managerial hierarchical ancestry but who manage work teams on a regular basis and who require the ability to influence and relationship and mediation skills between the operational levels and the management of the organization.
