The contracting authority would like tenders for vehicle leasing/operational leasing, i.e., vehicles with financing in the form of leasing, as well as some additional services. This will mainly be small vehicles, passenger cars and goods vans, some with 4 wheel drive. Further details are in the requirements specification in chapter 5.

Pre electric cars are included in this enquiry. The contract will also apply for other vehicles such as excavators and lorries.

The Contracting Authority will choose one tenderer for the entire framework agreement. The individual municipalities are independent legal subjects and will enter into separate contracts with the winner of the contest per vehicle.
