Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship Trial for Army WOs and NCOs.

A minimum 2 year, maximum 6 years 4 months contract. The requirement is to develop, design and deliver a bespoke Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) course package to 30x Warrant Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers as a trial as part of the Army's scoping work to test the viability of the wider introduction of CMDA to Army personnel. There is the option for the Authority to request delivery to an additional 60 personnel during the trial, and the Contractor will need to demonstrate capacity and capability to extend the scope. The aim of the trial is to ensure the successful completion and award to all personnel on the trial over a minimum 2 years, maximum 6 years 4 months period from apprentice enrolment date. The Contractor is required to be listed on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). The estimated value stated assumes training for 90 personnel.
