A tender contest for regular cleaning services for the contracting authority's premises in Oslo and Gjøvik.

The premises in Oslo are in Mariboes gt. 13 and the premises in Gjøvik are in Hunnsvegen 5. The total areas are 1 600 and 1 150 m2, respectively.

Tenders can be submitted for either Oslo or Gjøvik or both.

The Contracting Authority aims to have modern cleaning services in line with the developments in the branch. The cleaning services shall be in line with the current level as regards the branch's competence, use of cleaning chemicals, cleaning machinery/equipment, methods, use of resources and cleaning quality.

The Contracting Authority's need for the cleaning service shall be continually developed and adapted to the technical and organisational development within the cleaning branch in order to avoid unnecessary impact on cleaners and the inside and outside environment.

The contract includes full service with sanitary services, hygiene services and the hire of mats. The hygiene services that are included consist of refilling, procurements and the delivery or hygiene containers with the accompanying equipment, as well as emptying and cleaning thereof.

The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. 3 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and must therefore be considered non-binding.
