1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in buildings and underground garages constituting the resource of the m.st of Warsaw located in the Bemowo District and maintaining order in the adjacent external area

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 and 6 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor's tasks include: maintaining cleanliness in the internal area of municipal buildings and in the external area at municipal buildings, in accordance with the detailed scope of activities and frequency of work specified in schedules No. 1 and 2 constituting Annex 3 to the contract. The customer allows manual and machine cleaning. It is not allowed to leave unfinished work on Sundays or public holidays.

1. The subject of the contract is "Provision of cleaning services in buildings and underground garages constituting the resource of the m.st. Warsaw located in the Bemowo District and maintaining order in the adjacent external area."

The service will be provided for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from April 1, 2023, in accordance with the detailed scope of activities and frequency of work specified in schedules No. 1 and 2 constituting Annex 3 to the contract.

2. The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the subject of the contract in terms of the frequency of work specified in schedules No. 1 and 2 constituting Annex 3 to the contract and guarantees that during the term of the contract up to 80 actions of snow, icing and snow mud removal services will be performed from the entire external surface indicated in the schedule.

3. The tasks of the Contractor shall include:

Maintaining cleanliness in the internal area of municipal buildings and in the external area at municipal buildings, in accordance with the detailed scope of activities and frequency of work specified in schedules No. 1 and 2 constituting Annex 3 to the contract. The customer allows manual and machine cleaning.

Note: It is not allowed to leave unfinished work for Sunday or public holidays.

4. Snow removal and de-icing, by which the Ordering Party understands cleaning from snow, ice and removal of icing by sprinkling communication routes (sidewalks, roads, parking lots and access to septic tanks) and cleaning snow mud from the external area around the buildings (the surface of the external area is indicated in the schedule No. 1 and 2) and entrances / exits to two garages located at 24 and 24C Pełczyńskiego Street. The Contractor is obliged to commence the said works within the time limit specified in § 3 clause 5 point 14 of the contract (in accordance with the offer, but not longer than 120 minutes). The Contractor is also obliged to monitor weather conditions in order to properly perform the contract, i.e. to undertake the action of snow removal, de-icing and removal of snow mud (commencement of work within the above period may also be on holidays and non-working days). The condition of proper performance of the service is considered to be the maintenance of the "black" surface of the area covered by the contract.

5. When executing the contract, the use of materials and machines in accordance with the following requirements:

a. provision of services using own technical equipment. Materials and means for maintaining cleanliness, sand, salt, etc. and the equipment necessary for the implementation should be included in the price of the offer. Used cloths and mops must be clean, replaced on an ongoing basis, and systematically washed and dried. The Ordering Party requires that all means necessary to perform the service have safety certificates required by law, declarations of conformity and certificates allowing for use in rooms where people are present and guaranteeing proper hygiene. The Contractor is obliged to take into account the Ordering Party's comments on the quality of the chemicals used on an ongoing basis; The contracting authority requires the contractor to have min. 2 efficient machines – snow blowers, for proper and effective cleaning of external communication routes. At the request of the Contracting Entity, the Contractor should show the possession of the technically efficient machines in stock.

b. materials used in winter cleaning: in accordance with § 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions of use of agents that may be used on public roads, streets and squares (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 230, item 1960)
