4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — “Act on Forests”) covering work in the field of seed and selection, to be carried out on the area of the Forest District of Suchednia in the year 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the summary quantities of seminal and selection work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

3. The tangible ranges set out in Annex No 3.1. are of an estimate.

2) The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, seed and selection, tourist forest development, side use and education, resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consist of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
