The service consists in organizing and conducting Polish language training at B1, B2, C1 or C2 level – for participants of the "Podkarpackie Center for the Integration of Foreigners" project, i.e. a maximum of 500 people. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The training will be organized and conducted: a. for a maximum of 500 participants (from Ukraine) of the project divided into training groups according to the level of knowledge of the Polish language (e.g. test result: within levels C1, C2, B1 and B2); b. in the amount of 120 hours of Polish language course* (1 h = 45 minutes); *additional hours of the Polish language course are a criterion for evaluating offers. If the Contractor declares additional hours of the course in the offer, the numerical value at this point will be changed to the number of hours taking into account additional hours. c. training group – the number of participants on 1 course: 20 people (+/- 3), however, in exceptional situations, resulting from the inability to organize a group of a given level of advancement in a specific locality, the Contracting Authority allows a smaller number of participants than 17 people. d. place of training - in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (place of training depends on the gathering of the group in a given area); e. The Contractor shall provide a training room equipped with the equipment necessary to perform the subject of the contract – as part of its remuneration; f. within the period: not earlier than from 24 March 2023 to 31 December 2023 – assuming that classes: for individual groups can take place simultaneously at the same time or temporarily overlap, they can take place both on working days and weekends; g. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with written tests, and then, after completing them by future training participants within 5 working days, will evaluate them and provide the Contracting Authority with information on the level of knowledge of the Polish language by a given person (C1, C2, B1 or B2). This information will enable the Contracting Authority to create training groups taking into account the level of advancement of participants. h. a detailed schedule of training for individual groups shall be agreed by the Contracting Authority with the Contractor at least 3 days in advance before the date of commencement of the training. The final training schedule requires the approval of the Ordering Party.
