As a replacement for an existing municipal day care facility for children, a new 6-group facility for children aged 0-6 years is to be built on the property in Ferdinand-Hanauer Straße in Stuttgart Bad Cannstatt on the basis of a type construction concept provided by the client. In addition to the actual group rooms, bedrooms and staff rooms are planned, as well as sanitary areas with various requirements and a kitchen (preparation kitchen) for all-day operation.

It is envisaged that the new building can be realised on this property on the basis of the type building planning provided with as few planning changes as possible in the floor plans.

- Building planning according to HOAI Part 3 Section 1, § 34 Scope of services for architectural services, service phases 1-9,

- Special services (e.g. working model M 1:200, room book, implementation and documentation according to NBBW, fire protection concept, property management (rectification of defects), material price escalation clauses).

Commissioning is based on project approval within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service when the project is realised. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels.
