1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Ordering Party, i.e. the office building of the Wielkopolska Voivodship Branch of the National Health Fund at Grunwaldzka 158, 60-309 Poznań and for the building in Poznań at Piekary 14/15 Street.

2. The procedure shall be divided into parts:

- part 1 – Piekary

- part 2 – Grunwaldzka.

Part 1 – Piekary: collection point in Poznań at Piekary 14/15 Street described in Annex 1 to the agreement constituting Annex 1a to the Specification

Part 2 – Grunwaldzka: collection point in Poznań, 158 Grunwaldzka Street, described in Annex 1 to the agreement constituting Annex 1b to the Specification
