Colchester Borough, Braintree District and Tending District Councils together with Essex County Council jointly oversee North Essex Garden Communities Ltd. With NEGC as Contract Administrator, the Councils are seeking to procure consultancy services to provide project management and professional advisory support to the evolution of proposals for the delivery of Garden Communities in North Essex.

Colchester Borough Council, Braintree District Council and Tending District Council together with Essex County Council (together, the “Council” or the “Councils”) jointly oversee North Essex Garden Communities Ltd (the “Company”), which is a publically owned company established to oversee the developing proposals for three new Garden Communities across North Essex. With the Company acting as Contract Administrator, the Councils are seeking to procure consultancy services (the “Consultancy”) to provide project management and professional advisory support to the evolution of proposals for the delivery of Garden Communities in North Essex.

The primary objectives of the Consultancy are to provide strategic project management and professional advisory support, and to act as a “critical friend” providing independent advice and support on the approach to the implementation and delivery of a range of interrelated and complex workstreams.

It is essential that prospective consultants have previous experience working on garden community projects.
