The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance, development and major repairs of municipal buildings and works on private buildings by the City of Aubervilliers. NB: The incumbent(s) will have to ensure a permanent presence (supervision and execution) all year round, and more particularly in July and August given the important part that school groups play in the communal heritage and in the context of alternative works in which the Department of Housing could find itself
