3. The type (assortment) and quantity of the subject of the order ordered by the ordering party are specified in the price forms. The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the price form and in the description of the subject of the contract.

4. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond in these proceedings.

5. The contracting authority shall require the lodging of a performance bond in the amount of 3% of the contract value (guaranteed order)
