1) the implementation of the executive project and the agreement with the local Operator of the Distribution System — PGE Distribution SA District Lublin-Teren, prior to the start of installation and the conclusion of an agreement with the DSO on cooperation in the modernization of road and street lighting,

2) dismantling 837 pcs of existing luminaires,

3) delivery of LED street lighting fixtures, in accordance with the submitted offer, in place of conducting installation work in the amount of 1 125 pcs. (modernization of existing fixtures

837 pcs + construction of 288 pcs of luminaires), having variable power profile functionality and individual change of power profile and monitoring the status of luminaires. The level of programming of the 24 h cycle power supply supplied luminaire should take into account both the requirements of street lighting standard PN-EN 13201:2016 or the equivalent reference system as well as the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy dated

4) installation of supplied outdoor lighting fixtures on booms and poles according to “Description of requirements for performance and functionality Modernization of street lighting in the Municipality of Sands” (tables), in the amount of 1125 pcs. ,

5) when installing fixtures, if the light of the light point is limited by tree branches, the obstacle should be removed by trimming.

6) Installation of power cables (luminaire - protection) with a length of approx. 4 m per set for overhead line poles and approx. 12 m per set for cable line poles,

7) installation of security for all luminaires: 4A fused insert,

8) Installation of overhead fuses in the amount of 620 pcs and insulated cable connectors in the amount of 217 sets.

9) replacement of AL/Cu current terminals for all luminaires on overhead lines (620 pcs.). At the connector on the non-insulated line, use a clamp adapted for mounting on non-insulated lines, at the connector on the insulated line, the clamp adapted for mounting on the insulated line,

10) delivery and installation of 60 pieces of lighting cabinets equipped with control clocks, B+C surge protection, “soft start” system and with the removal of measurement systems outside the transformer station area together with the execution of the required projects.

11) delivery and installation of 68 pcs of reactive power compensation systems,

12) replacement of the booms with galvanized single-arm units for upgraded luminaires on overhead lines with geometric parameters resulting from photometric calculations fixed above the line and, in justified cases, where mounting above the line is impossible, under the supply line - in quantities 331 pcs. ,

13) Construction of road lighting poles in the amount of 288 pcs, the total length of the cable line

d) Construction of cable line Sands Reja street, length 459 m, 8 steel poles height 10m, 7 booms 1-ram. 1,5m, 1 boom 2-ram 1.5m

e) Construction of the cable line Sand Rzeźniana Street, length 102 m, 2 steel poles height 10m, 2 booms 1-frame. 1,5m
