The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services at Valentines High School, Ilford, Essex.

Client objectives:

1. The Client is looking for a limited risk contract with a known net cost to the School.

2. Catering services have followed a traditional cafeteria service over the years and the Client is now seeking proposals to maintain and improve the catering services while remaining cost effective and appealing to the entire School community.

3. There is an outstanding capital investment from the current contract of 3,6000 GBP which the successful bidder will be required to fund.

There are approximately 1310 students and approximately 150 staff present on site, further analysis will be provided in the final tender documentation.

The main core of the services are prepared and delivered from the main cafeteria.

Services and times:

Catering services are required Monday to Friday throughout the academic year.

Catering - breakfast, morning break, lunch, free school meals and hospitality.
