AFK eiendom FKF (AFK) would like tenders for a framework agreement for the service and maintenance of lifts, as well as alarm reception services for lift alarms.

The aim of the contract is to cover AFK's need for service, maintenance and repairs of lifts and other lifting devices, as well as seeing to AKF's statutory requirement for alarm reception services for lift alarms.

The framework agreement will apply for service visits with inspections and maintenance, repairs, replacements and minor improvement and modernisation work on lifts.

The framework agreement does not apply to the installation of new lifts or deliveries that are part of multi-disciplinary projects that are carried out as a general or main contract.

There are currently a total of 58 lifts registered, divided between 34 different addresses. AFK emphasises that the number of lifts and lift alarms is not static and it can change during the framework agreement period.
