The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the entire stream of municipal waste from real estate located in the Osiek Commune in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, where residents live in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use of paper, metals, plastics and glass and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888) and the implementing provisions to the above-mentioned Act. As part of the provision of the service, the Contractor is obliged to organize and run a Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Osiek Commune or at a distance of no more than 20 km from the administrative borders of the municipality. The implementation of the service will be carried out in accordance with the applicable acts of local law issued on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), including, among others, the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Osiek Commune and a resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners from the Osiek Commune and managing this waste. in exchange for a fee paid by the property owners for municipal waste management. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the above-mentioned resolutions to the extent necessary to adapt their provisions to the applicable law. – a detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which is hereinafter referred to as 'OPZ'.
